Roasted Masala Makhana (Fox Nuts)

If you are looking for a healthier snack to munch on look no further. This easy to make makhana are perfect for snacking because it is very very healthy. It helps with weight loss, reduces blood pressure, regulates hormones and much much more.


Masala Makhana Recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. 1.5 cups Makhana

  2. 1 tsp ghee

  3. 1/4 tsp salt

  4. 1/4 tsp tumeric

  5. 1/4 tsp chaat masala

Direction:

  1. Heat up ghee in a pan

  2. Add fox nuts and roast on low flame until it changes color (takes about 10 min). Keep mixing throughout the process.

  3. Once roasted, add spices and mix until evenly coated

  4. Turn off the gas and enjoy
