The classic Paneer Bhurji is not only tasty but also healthy. The protein from Paneer is a good source of protein for vegetarians. I make Paneer at home by adding half lemon and vinegar in boiled milk and separating solids which is the Paneer. Alternatively, you can also purchase from trusted brands like Sachfoods and Gopi. Paneer Bhurji has spicy onion and tomatoes gravy with different Indian spices. I know there are tons of Paneer Bhurji recipes out there but this one is healthish and made to fit my taste buds. Give it a try and see if you like this taste!
