Kale Salad with Golden Beets

Easy kale salad inspired by true food kitchen recipe!

I used to hate Kale so I would only use it to juice. Then, I decided to give this salad a chance and it is a game changer. This recipe is inspired by True food kitchen (my favorite restaurant). You may start liking kale after having this salad.
This salad hits spicy, sweet, pungent and tangy flavor buds on your tongue. Garlic and spices add spicy flavor, golden beets add sweet flavor, kale is pungent and lemon juice adds tangy/sour flavor.
Ingredients:
5-6 leaves of kale, cut
1 medium size boiled golden beet, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic (use less if you are sensitive to garlic)
1/4 cup parmesan & Romano cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
Procedure:
Mix kale, olive oil, salt, black pepper and let it sit for at least 30 min (to let kale marinate with oil and garlic).

Add all other ingredients and Enjoy!
