Who else is crazy about Essential Oils (EO)? Recently, I bought a starter kit of essential oils (includes a diffuser and 12 essential oils) from Young Living. I have been using it for not just aromatically (diffusing) but also topically. Everyday I am learning new uses of these 100% therapeutic grade EO. I made this DIY Tea Toner recently after seeing Ruby make it on Instagram (Thanks Ruby!).

Here is how I made it:
Boil 1 bag of black tea in 1/2 cup water.
Once cooled, add in a spray bottle.
Add 5 drops of Lavender EO, Lemon EO, Frankincense EO and Valor EO each.
Mix gently and use as toner
Benefits:
Black tea provides antioxidant properties for skin to make it tight and healthy
Lavender EO is soothing and calming
Lemon EO is refreshing and improves skin
Frankincense EO has MANY benefits including soothing skin, eliminating dark spots, wrinkles and pimples.
Valor EO smells awesome and provides confidence and bravery!
Few Facts about YL:
